outside of Ediable left column

Hello,

First time i purchased SecurityAssist was 2006 and gave up.
Now i'm trying again and having little problem.
Using SecurityAssist Wizard and created all the pages but Wizard created the pages out side of the ediable left column. I did Template and Editable region for left column.
Anybody had same problem before....help

It may be a problem with the template you are using. Maybe create a support incident and include a copy of your tempate and the page that is generated incorrectly. Most likely someone will need to look at the pages to determine the cause.

I got this advice few days ago but got help from Webassist and solved the problem I had with Wampserver. I think i could give adive like this ( Most likely someone will need to look at the pages to determine the cause. ) to anybody and anytime. Then it will showed i posted 9,999 since 2006

When someone post the problems, we sure wish that someone out there know the problem or had same experience so we all could share the knowledge and help other

I wish someone know what i'm doing wrong here:

I'm using Securityassist to created the membeship login, but when i go to 2 of 6 step.
It will show the form outside of editable ( leftcolumn)

we sure don't need someone posted like this

Sorry I still have to stand by my opinion that any number of things might cause a problem similar to this, and without looking at the code it would be impossible to debug.

My suggestion would be to give me the opportunity to look at the files and help you. I know that advice alone won't solve your problem, but in response to that advice you could complete the wizard and send me a URL for the completed page.

Then I can look at the page and debug the issue. Sorry if you don't like that course of action, but unfortunately I would still need to look at the files in order to tell you what is wrong with them.

I actually had the same issue with both the security Assist and Data Assist products putting the content outside the editable region.

I had to Cut the wrappers from the location and past them back into the editable region where they are suppose to be.

thank you for take little time to write that you had same problem.

It was first time i had to setup the Wampserver and make it work.
I be able to see all the pages i made, but it show ourside of the editable column.

Now I could't make it work on web after i upload all the pages and export the database.
I need little more time to learn how to upload the file and database to live server(?).

then i be able to show all the pages and code.......
please be patient with me and give me little more time to show my pages..

Your problem isn't related to WAMP or your Live Connection. The placement of the security Assist code is a WebAssist problem. I have the same problem every single time. I have to find that block of code in the code view and cut it out and paste it back in where its really suppose to go. Happens 100% of the time so I am quick at it now. ;-)

The problem with connecting to your server is a problem in your Dreamweaver Site definition in most cases. Its also not likely that your database connection info will be the same on your remote server as it was on WAMP either.

I purchased Securityassist on 2006 and quit.
Now I thought they must improved, so i purchased with all other program( $399.00).
I just want to know it is only me here having this problems.
I want other members to let me know so we know everybody has same problem then Webassist have to do somethin about such as refund the money or admit this error.

What version of DW and SecurityAssist are you using? What Operating System? It does appear this may be a bug. I will have someone investigate it further in our QA department.

You would have to manually copy and paste the div to the correct location as Brad mentions. We will try to reproduce and fix this issue for the next release.
