Use dropdown with use of tables?

Hi,

Just wondered if its possible to use this extension without the need for tables, just use static populated drop down menus with pre-input lists?

So, if someone selected a country in one menu (already populated in the page coding) then could it de-select another menu (or grey it out) if the second menu were not necessary?

No, Dynamic Dropdowns will only work with data from a database. It does not support static data.
