Paypal Add to Cart Button

I added the button but when I preview the page with F12 nothing happens when I click on the button. What am I supposed to do to make it work?

Oooops, I forgot to set email notification and must've moved on. Working on ecart and posted issue in ecart forum. Sorry about the late reply.
