Newbie working with DFP

I would like to set up a pdf file download upon Paypal purchase completion.

Is it possible to do this without a database set up?

Can the files be safe from "nonpermissioned downloading"?

Can someone assist me with the steps involved?

If you are using paypal standsr, look at payloadz.com. They specialize in this.

If you want to build your own you will probably need a database and Digital File Pro.
