Data-Assist Wizard "Menu" bug

There is a bug in the Data - Assist Wizard on the insert page.
If there is a criteria to bind a menu from another table,
it still produces a text field instead of a menu.
On the form it is displayed correctly but on the file "insert" it is not implemented.
The same entries on the "update" page work as expected.
Any idea?

Did you try multiple times? It may be possible that you forgot to update the field type on the insert page since the wizard allows you to specify each page form data type individually.

If not it sounds like a bug and you should submit a support incident so we can get engineering attention to it.

Its not a big thing, since one can change it later, manually.

Its strange though because it does not happen on the update page which is a bit more complicated. It must populate the state of the menu according to the values of the database.
