When I enter my API credentials for 'Payment buttons for Paypal', I get an error message:

Your API credentials are not correct.
Updates these settings to proceed.
Error Code: 10002.

I'm cutting and pasting directly from my Paypal account so that is the correct info.

I spoke to a Paypal rep and he mentioned something about a testing or live something but I'm pretty sure it's not testing even though I don't see those options anywhere. He also mentioned something about the header, but can't remember what he said. He said he'd send me an email reiterating what he explained over the phone, but I never got anything.

Can someone help?

What version of Dreamweaver are you using?

what is the build number?

to find the build number, go to Window -> About Dreamweaver.

when the about dialog box opens, click once to scroll to the end, the version and build number will listed here.

what is your OS?
