Edit Text in Image?

I am really new to DW and Site Assist, so bear with me.

I went through the wizard to select a website, but how do I modify the content on the text on the image? It's all greek. Do I edit in photoshop?

Yes, if text is in an image it would need to be edited outside of DW in an image editor like Photoshop or fireworks.
