Binding formats in CS4 missing?

Hi

In my Bindings panel in DW CS4 all of the formats are missing.

Instead of listing the format types, the drop down categories such as Date/Time and Currency just say <no formats>.

I could swear they were there before but maybe I am just remembering them from DW8.

Anybody know why they are missing?
