Validation Not Working with Dynamic Dropdowns

I just converted two existing static dropdown menus to pull info from a database and then filter data to a second dropdown using the Dynamic Dropdown extension.

The static dropdowns were validated with Validation Toolkit and worked correctly. After converting to dynamic they will not validate any longer.

Does anybody know why this would happen?

Probably an error in the script of some sort... Do you have a url where I can view the problem?
