After installing SiteImport 3.04 Dreamweaver CS5 loads with error message "Unable to find file WA_SiteImport_progess.htm in Configuration/Floaters Directory & Unable to find WA_Site.htm.
I uninstalled & remove version 2 before installing 3.04.
Any suggestions please?
Thank You,

First, go to Window -> Workspace layouts -> Reset '<your layout name'
then delete the Dreamweaver cache file from the users configuration folder:

After losing my last computer hard drive I was trying to reinstall my Site Importer to my new computer. I downloaded from my account my first version of Site Importer.
When I go to Dreamweaver and click on Web Site Importer it ask for the activation serial number.
I went to my account and did the deactivation reset
When I put the serial number in this is the answer I get....
“Invalid serial number. Authentication could not be completed. Error: (12029)”
When I try to install the Web Site Importer 2 upgrade and put in that serial number this is the message I get.
“The file 'C:\Users\Terry\AppData\Roaming|Macromedia\Dreamwe averMX2004\configuration\Shared|WebAssist\ImportSi te\License.dat' is missing. The extension package will not be created.”
Neither of my serial numbers work. How do I get my software back up and running?
Thanks!

Let me say so there is no confusion to the above information:
I did the activation reset "before" I did the download install.

Site Import 1 will not be supported in DW MX2004, you will need to use site import 2.
make sure to uninstall site import 1 from the Dreamweaver extension manager before installing site import 2.
when you download site import 2, make sure to select the option to save the mxp file to your computer.
if you have the option to open it, do not select that option, select the option to save it to your computer, once it has been downloaded, you can then double click the mxp file to begin the installation.

Thanks Jason, but when I try to open Site Import 2 in DW all I get is a
blank page and no install wizard with no way to insert my serial number. At
least with Site Import 1 I get a way to insert my serial number, it just
doesn't accept the serial number?
