Adding a Username feild to databse.

This is a first time attempt at using a dynamic site.
How do I add a username feild to a mysql database in the User Table?
Please see pic attached, I can get into that area 'i do not what it is called'?

Click the "Structure" tab in the ui you have attached and it will take you to a page that allows you to add columns.
