does SiteScribe only creates a screenshot?

My page needs to be scrolled, so this is not captured with SiteScribe?

That is correct. It only creates a screenshot and is not scrolled.

Are there any plans to update site scribe so it will capture the entire site?

It captures the entire site, but it only captures the visible part of the page without scrolling.
