Surveyor Mapping Outside Websites

Hello,

I'm having an issue where Surveyor is picking up one website's files even though I'm trying creating a new site map for a new site.

I have multiple websites, each under its own "Site":
Resort Hot Tubs
South Seas
Artesian Spas


In DreamWeaver CS4 I'll have the South Seas website open (no others open) and when I try to build a sitemap for South Seas, the Surveyor will map the South Seas and Artesian Spas websites together. Do I have a setting wrong?

in the site settings for these two sites, do the local file locations over lap?
