What is your OS?

What Extensions / versions do you have installed.

Can you send a screen shot of the extensions manager showing the installed extensions and versions.

add the screen shots to a zip archive and attach the zip file.

Try renaming the configuration folder, the common installation problems pdf will help you find the configuration folder:

once renamed, open the extension manager, uninstall all the extensions, then install again.
