Private Messaging

Is private messaging available on the forums? I can't find a way to enable it if it is. Thanks

I don't think it is enabled. You can use a support incident to have a private dialog with webassist.

There was just an older post (April 09) by someone having problems with email that I replied to but I don't know if they ever look back. Thought I'd give them a heads up in "private mail" but if it doesn't work....oh well. Thanks
