Need Proofing Gallery for Photographers

I need to find a developer that could create a PHP/MySQL online photo proofing system using the PowerGallery solution and Security Assist. I need an admin area where I can log in and set up a secure login for a client and then upload my clients photos where I can give my client a login and they can view their photos online. Would also be nice to allow them to make purchases as well, but I would be more interested in just the proofing system.
