How can I reinstall that FILE in my ROOT.

I try to create a password with DA by encrypte the password with SHA1. but the extension doesnt put the file into the ROOT.

Just use the binding with the SHA1Encryption format option. It should add the file and reference to it whenever you use that binding format.
