Surveyor error

I keep getting a java error whe using surveyor.

while executing onmouseUp in WA_serveyorXML.htm, The following Javascript error(s)
occured. etc... look at attachment for the full script.

the site tools window opens but it is blank, same as if I tried to use site import.

BTW WinFileCache.dat not there.

I uninstalled the extension, surveyor, and reinstalled it. now Surveyor works and site import. WinFileCache.dat is still not there
