Site import only imports some pages

Hello. I proceeded through all the steps and watch the files being imported. I see your program showing that it has imported certain .htm pages but when the import is done, these certain pages are not there.

Do you have a URL for us that we can check this out with? Please post back with this and also include some of the page names that are not being imported and we can look into this issue further.

The url is www.velocity-resources.ca. The htm pages not importing are:

company
company_board
company_directory
investors
investors_investment
investors_relations

There are more - basically they are the htm pages that appear when the javascript(?) menu is clicked.

I have been waiting for a reply on my original post. This was a timely question. I needed the software to work yesterday - it is of no use to me today. I consider this route of support to be very poor - to call your company costs an outrageous $49. What kind of support is this? The software is expensive - too expensive not to work and too expensive not to have support better than this. I will be asking for a refund.

The ticket is of no use to me. I needed the software when I purchased it. If you read my earlier post, it was a time sensitive project I was working on. I had to go other routes since. I don't trust your product.
