Must submit form twice to send

I have a form here:http://loggialaw.com/forms/ContactForm_GMC/contactus.php. It's working perfectly, except for 1 thing. When the user completes the form and clicks "submit," the form does not send. Instead, it shows the same form, with all the content except for the security code and the checkbox above it. When the user complete those 2 items and clicks "submit" again, it sends and shows the "thank you" screen. Any ideas on this, please? I've attached the form files. Thank you.

I'm not able to reproduce the problem. When I submit the form you have linked to it sends to the thank you page on the first click. perhaps try clearing your browsers cache?
