Getting very frustrated!!
no issues with installation and it's working great with colour changes, but every time I try and click on the edit image (photoshop icon) it just brings up an error message:
While executing onClick in wa_managetheme.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred:
In file 'wa_managetheme":
edirImage ('file:///Volumes/Macintosh HD/Users?lesleyspencer/Documents/Noah's Website/images/alien_attack_small_1.jpg');
missing) after argument list
The image file is NOT missing, I haven't moved it, and I tried with other sites and other pages and images and it always says the same thing.
please help as I need this to work, by tomorrow!
thanks:)

You should try deleting your cache file to see if this helps resolve the problem, here are the steps you can take for this:
http://assets.webassist.com/technotes/common_installation_issues.pdf
If you still have this issue after performing these steps then it is possible that you have a corruption of your configuration folder. Here are the steps you can take for that:

If this issue persists please let us know and I will ensure that a ticket is opened for you.

thank you for responding so quickly.
I have tried both deleting the .dat files AND renaming the configuration folder, but hte problem persists.
When I went in to rename the configuration folder, I saw another folder called Configuration-1 in addition to the Configuration folder.
After renaming, now when I look in Finder there are 3 folders:
Configuration
Configuration_back
Configuration-1
I don't know if this has anything to do with my mac's confusion. It certainly contributes to MY confusion..
Please let me know what to try next,
thank you

Thanks for going through the steps for me. The multiple configuration folders should not be a problem so long as you have followed the instructions and removed the remaining extensions after deleting or renaming this configuration folder.
I have opened a ticket for you on this issue so that it can be looked into further. To update the ticket or check it's status login and visit your support history.

I have managed to access some images now and PS opens up when I click on the edit image button!
A different issue (should I open a new thread?) is that in MANGING COLOURS:
WHen i try to change a colour within an html table it doesn't change it - it doesn't even show in the preview page. I know it can SEE the table colours, because they appear in the colour listing. Shouldn't it work ok and show up in the previes page...?
thanks

If the preview is just not updating for you then there might be an issue with the tool, have you updated your ticket with this information?
