Do the DSKs require Dreamweaver be on the computer viewing the Tutorials? (or can the ?Flash? tutorials be used on any computer which flash player is installed. I understand that the sample files would need DW.

Nothing in a starter kit should technically require Dreamweaver... including sample files.
