WA_SitePreferences has been running for a long time

After installing the CS5 extension, i get WA_SitePreferences has been running for a long time, but surveyor only. I have used this program many times over successfully. I have deleted the cache file a few times, uninstall surveyor a few times, rebooting twice everytime but no success. What should i do?

Are you selecting to allow it to continue to run? If so what happens as an end result? When I have seen this before usually allowing it to continue running will result in the task completing successfully. Is this issue happening for any site that you use this on, or is it only a particular site?

I have selected yes to wait a few times but nothing happens. I have even formatted and reloaded my pc last night, and still only surveyor is a problem all other extentions are working as usual. Very weird i have used surveyor successfully many times before. Even downloaded from your site again.

I have installed CS4 and surveyor is quite happy again. Is their perhaps more gremlins in the CS5 package?
