Surveyor not letting allowing me to activate in Dreamweaver.

I have two serial numbers that are both valid and I get the green check mark that says they are. But when I click activate it shows red text for a split second that says contact support and will not let me advance from there. Please let me know of any solutions.

I tried activating with your serial number and it appears to work. Do you have any security, virus scan or firewall software running that would prevent the extension from being able to connect to our activation server? If you do, try disabling these before trying to activate again.
