That's not how our support is set up. We work on the forum and if necessary open a backend ticket to look into it further. If you could provide some information on what errors you're running into, we could point you in the right direction. What site are you trying to import or is it happening on all sites? What operating system and version of Dreamweaver are you running?

This site is importing but not functioning like the live site.
the live site pulls in several images into the center of the browser. The imported site just has a spinning circle in the middle.

If you could send me the link to this site, I can import the site and take a look at it.

The Marriott site seems to have quite a few page files and pages that need to be imported. What settings did you set up to import the site? How long did the import take?
It may not have imported all the files, which might be why the page isn't working as it should.

Just tell me how you got it to work and I'll set it up like you say.
My main concern is just getting the effect of the 6 large images to appear and be clickable and change position.

I actually stopped the import because it was taking so long to import. It looks like the Marriot site was set up specifically so that people wouldn't be able to import it and emulate the code like this. It seems that there are some scripts that run to set up the panels which aren't able to be imported.

This site is why I bought your software so what now?

looking through their site, it looks like there are some .jspa and .aspx files that I didn't import. Do you have a server that can run aspx files?
If you do then run through the import with these page file types applied:
.html .htm .css .php .asp .cfml .cfm .jsp .js .mi .aspx .jspa

What do I do know? The only reason I purchased this software was to import that site?

Can you get it work on your side, on your server?
Then show me how?

No, due to the server side scripts that need to be imported, I wasn't able to get it to work.
