View Cart button not working

I have add to cart and view cart buttons on each page and the view cart does not open the window and view the cart. When I add to cart it works correctly and I can remove items from the cart once I see it after adding something. But if I continue shopping and the window closes, the view cart button will not get the window to open again.

The button may have been corrupted somehow. Try applying the view cart button again to the page and see if it is working then. Also double check to make sure that the PayPal account that you are specifying for the Add To Cart Button and the View Cart Button are the same.
