Get Windows Installer error message when trying to install the CSSSculptor104.msi

Windows Installer Error Message:

This installation package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package.

I think the installer package is corrupted.

Please help.

yes, it sounds like the msi file you downloaded is corrupted.


try deleting the one you downloaded, then download it again, maybe use a different browser.

make sure you are selecting the option to save it to your computer, and not the option to open it. When the download completes, double check the size of the file, it should be 3,122 kb.

Support, I downloaded a new msi file and I was able to installed the software with no errors using the new loaded msi file. Thanks...
