Hi
I'm having activation problems where the error message is
"Unable to connect to server - Your firewall or anti-virus software is blocking the online activation . Disable all firewall and antii-virus sofrtware aand try again. If you continue to have problem submit a techinal support request"
I have disabled all av software and firewall but it still doesnt work.
Please help!

I think I was successful sending the ipconfig.txt file to you but discovered that I did not save it with everything you had asked. Let me know if you did NOT get everything you wanted, Thanks!

I looked up your ticket as I did not see it anywhere in the the list of open tickets. It looks like you have closed the ticket by accident. I will make sure to re-open the ticket for you and ensure that you get a response, it will be updated shortly.

I have just updated your ticket for you with the new license file. Please follow the instructions that were posted to put the file in the correct place.
There is no serial for the PowerStore so no license file is needed. It looks as though you rated the ticket and closed it, it could be that you just rated the ticket and this closed it. In either case I have re-opened it for you and posted the license file. Let us know if there are any further issues.
