Missing Files in DA Solution Recipe

I'm trying to work through the DataAssist Search Solution Recipe, the pdf file talks about a file called results.php that has a pre existing form in it. There is no such file in the DA-SolutionsRecipe_SupportFiles.zip

The DataAssist Search Solution Recipe does not use the DA-SolutionRecipe_SupportFiles package.

Instead, from your Download Center, you will want to download 'DataAssist Search: Solution Recipe Files' (DASearch_SolutionRecipe-SupportFiles.zip) for this Solution Recipe.
