What are the procedures to send a new user their password when the Registration page is submitted? in the user_Registration.php page, I have already set the Random Password generation as a hidden filed and it uploads to the server ok when page is submitted. Do I simply add a Server Behavior - SecurityAssist-Email Password? Or copy part of the code from the user_EmailPW.php page?

Do you have Universal Email. You should be able to just apply universal email on the registration page.

Yes, I have Universal Email. I applied it to the page. Seems ok. No errors reported. Uploaded both WA_Universal_Email\ mail.PHP.php & MailFormatting.php & new WAUE_user_Registration_1.php files.
However, now all email through site is not working. I had other pages that user the Universal Email to send for contacts. They are not working. Confirmed that the remote server is ok. Is there another file that I need to upload or what part should I focus on to repair? It seems to be a common issue affecting all.

Has to be an issue with the mail.php file if it effects all. Post a support incident and update this thread with the incident number. I will contact you and help you debug this directly since it seems like a pretty big problem that I would like to understand more.

Ray, sorry for the delay in replying. I was tied up in a production meeting all morning. I thought that I would just try to redo it and it works!!! Other contact email pages working as well. I sure appreciate your offer to pitch-in and help. I need the site up by the end of the month including the eCart for membership passes and purchases.
I am still getting the error when opening or modifying the page in DW: While axecuting anylzeServerBehavior.htm, a JavaScript error occurred." Under Server Bindings - WAATKRegistrationForm the field for the date was not originally included. I belive that is what is tripping the alert and I do not know how to add the field. It will not allow me to double click to open and modify.
Now that I have the Parents membership in place I need to enable them to add their children under their account (sub-accounts). The data base tables are just about finished. Kids can join for free and then upgrade when a pass is purchased for full access. Are there any online/docs/form posts that I should review that might provide guidance on how to implment the purchase pass and activation process? Looking for ways to simplify for customers and from an admin point of view.
That will require me to run WebAssist again to setup the childrens profile and also their game profile. Will it creat its own files or do will it over right some? Is there anything that I need to be careful of when running it again?

One other question Ray. Now that I have the php errors eliminated in the registration pages, would it be easier for me to just copy the files and edit the tables, fields and links or best to run the program through to pick up everything correctly for the club member pages?

I'm not sure... I would probably copy and edit.

From the Registration.php page what is the diferance in setting up to email the user using:
1. Insert - WebAssist - Universal Email
2. Insert - WebAssist - SecurityAssist - Email Password
As recomended earlier in this post, I had setup using option #1 but then I noticed option #2. It worked and email upon registation and from the EmailPW page. Uploaded the files that were changed and now non of the emails for the site are working.

#2 is a much weaker version of #1. It may have an earlier version of the mail include file which may be trapling on your newer ones somehow although I thought they were in different locations. Just reapply one of the mails with UE and upload the include files.
Use UE if you have it. Email Password was included in SecurityAssist in case they did not own UE as a quick substitute and shouldn't be used by people that own UE.

I appreciate the advice. Your asistance has been invaluable. The email issuses have proven to be a real challenge. For others reading this thread, as you mentioned the email settings with Universal Email allow for more control including formating the email messages sent to users.
This morning I was running SecurityAsssit for the second user level (kids) related to my website requirements (same site). At the end of the SecurityAssist Wizard (Step 6), it will not accept my input for "From address:" & "Subject:".
Message reads:
Adobe Dreamweaver CS3
Please enter an email address to use as the From address for the email.
Please enter a subject for the email.
I have typed in both and I am not sure how to get pass this to complete/Finish the SecturityAssist Wizar. Is there a work around and then edit later?

Just ignore it for now and remove the email password and add UE later on that page.
