View Full Version : Unable to click on Insert>Webassist>Universal Email

I have my page setup with a form - including the submit button. However, when I go to Insert>Webassist, Universal Email is grayed out and won't let me select it.
Any ideas?

Is your page a PHP page (or Coldfusion, ASP JavaScript, ASP VBScript)?

It will show greyed out if it is on a HTML page.

As Neilo pointed out, you will need to have a server language specified and installed on your server to run Universal Email. Sending emails is done on the server, so that is the reason.
