I installed the surveyor extension and have been unable to get it to work. I keep getting the Java error opening file WA_Progress.....

I completed the suggested steps of deleting the .dat file numerous times. with and without restarting the machine in between with no result. I have attempted deleting the extensions and the extension manager just locks up. Now dreamweaver will not start at all.

I need what ever assistance you can provide ASAP

With Dreamweaver and extension manager closed, try renaming the configuration folder. The one that the .dat file is contained in. This will have the effect of disabling all your extensions. After you've renamed the configuration folder, open extension manager and remove surveyor. Then install it again. Let me know if you still get the error.

Then uninstalled/ reinstalled and still getting the same error.
I have saved screen shots of the javaScript errors.

Can someone call me to help me get this figured out?

Could you post up the screen shots so I know what the error you are getting so I know what I'm working with? Also, what operating system and which version of Dreamweaver are you running?

There is phone support if a phone call is necessary. In this case it would have to depend on if we are able to reproduce the issue or not.
