Unfortunately I am new to Windows 7

Could you possibly give me instructions (layman terms) how to access and delet:

C:\Users\[User Name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Dreamweaver CS4\en_US\Configuration

I don't use Windows 7 but I found this tutorial:

With a little research into Windows 7 I have managed to locate and delete the cache file as recommended by you and it has solved the problem.
