Still getting spam

Hi

I've taken an existing form that's been live for several months and started to receive spam. I've followed the instructions to add CAPTCHA image to the form which works in as far as you can't submit the form but we're still receiving spam!

Any ideas would be appreciated.

are you sure the spam you are getting is via the form ?

i have a contact form with a honeypot and a captcha and was still getting some spam for a while, but it was down to my mail server settings

Another thing to keep in mind is: Captcha and Honeypots will only be effective against scripts sending spam. It doesn't prevent a live person from sending you spam using the contact form. There really is no way of preventing a live person from using a contact form to send spam.
