Site Import Invalid

Hello,

I've been using SI3 since it was released, although not for a few weeks at present.

Now I come to use it again, it won't let me activate it. The serial number is stated as invalid. I've checked my download section and redownloaded and copied the serial again. However, it still states the serial is invalid.

How do I get a new serial?

have you tried clearing the activations in your download center?

You might have already activated the extension on more than two computers.

Cheers - I'll try that now - I do have it installed on my Laptop AND my studio PC. Is this OK?

yeah, we allow two concurrent activation per extension, so it should be OK if you have it on two computers. But just remember that the extension will ask you activate on both computers once you clear your activation.

Just reset ALL ACTIVATIONS and tried it again. It still doesn't work!!! Oddly though, I opened a few other WA extensions and they fired up OK without asking for me to reinput my serial!

Is there a delay on this? Should I try and use SI3 again after a period of time to see if the activation will have been enabled?

Sadly, still not working. Can we cancel the original serial number so it can't be used again and assign me a new one so I can continue using the program?
