Failed to resolve hostname

I'm using Payflow Pro as a Gateway and keep getting the following error:

Failed to resolve hostname

I'm using https://pilot-payflowpro.paypal.com as the Host Address for test transactions...

I called PayPal and they told me I should be using https://pilot-payflowpro.paypal.com or https://test-payflow.verisign.com

I use Web.com as hosting company.

Any idea?

You should be using:

https://test-payflow.verisign.com

We have not updated to the new API yet.
