Foreign Keys

Am I imagining this or are there no foreign keys in the MySQL script? Why not? It also seems that I'm not using the tools right or I have a permission problem because I can't seem to add one. The only way I've found is wipe it out, edit the script and create the tables from scratch. Pros/Cons?

lol, answered my own post. MySQL doesn't support foreign keys. You need the InnoDB engine for FK. BUT......then what tool is Mark Fletcher using in the tutorial for the DB starter kit? He has a perfectly fine entity relationship diagram with all the links. Is that just a .jpg? or Visio or some such?
