Q: Do you provide a purchase guarantee for Universal Email?
A: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Sales within 15 days of your purchase to receive a full refund.
Q: Do you offer a trial or demo of Universal Email?
A: WebAssist does not currently offer trials or demos of our products. Instead we offer a 15 day money back guarantee with every Dreamweaver extension.

Q: Do I need to own Dreamweaver to use Universal Email?
A: Yes. Dreamweaver CS3, CS4 or CS5 is required to use Universal Email.
Q: Can Universal Email be used without any coding knowledge?
A: Yes. Universal Email can be used without any prior coding knowledge. However, if you wish to use the email logging feature, you will need to be able to create an empty MySQL database for Universal Email to add the necessary table to.
Q: Does Universal Email contain all the features of Digital File Pro?
A: Yes. Universal Email now contains all the features and capabilities previously provide through Digital File Pro. All Digital File Pro features are now listed under File Manipulation. You should uninstall older versions of both these extensions, prior to installing Universal Email 4.
Q: Is Universal Email all I need to send email via my website?
A: Yes. Universal Email is all that you will need to send emails directly via your website.
Q: Can Universal Email be used to create an online contact form?
A: Yes. Universal Email is simply applied to an existing form. Therefore, if you have created a contact form in Dreamweaver you can simply apply Universal Email to send the contents of the form via email. If you need help in creating a contact form, a full-featured turnkey solution is also available from WebAssist, the Contact Form Solution Pack.
Q: How does Universal Email work with eCart?
A: Universal Email integrates with eCart for the sending of an order confirmation/purchase receipt. eCart will automatically recognize Universal Email if you have it installed and provide the necessary step in the Checkout Wizard for adding the email functionality.
Q: Will I be able to use Universal Email 4 to mass email?
A:
The new Email Limits feature of Universal Email does allow you to bypass some of the email send limitations set by hosting providers. However, in many cases, the limitations set by your hosting provider may make it unrealistic to send a very large number of emails, since it could take multiple days to complete the process.
You should check with your hosting providers limits, and how many email addresses you are sending to, to determine if this is a practical application for you.
