The Form Details tab allows you to choose the type of form and form design to create. This interface also includes access to customizing all your form elements and your form design.
The Form Function tab allows you to specify the settings for any functionality that will be applied to your form. For example, if you form will contain an HTML Editor instance, you will be able to configure the HTML Editor settings on this tab.

This shows the primary HTML Editor interface that is included in CSS Form Builder 2 for inserting HTML Editor instances to existing forms.
